Back to school for lost lovers

Finding the perfect partner has become an obsession for Arnolde.

So much so that he'll go to any lengths to get his idealised wife, who turns out to be not quite what he had in mind.

This scenario could well come from an internet dating service, but was actually written by French playwright Moliere 350 years ago.

Bell Shakespeare have brought his very human comedy up to date with their presentation of School For Wives.

Playing on Wednesday, August 8, School for Wives stars John Adam as Arnolde and Harriet Dyer as Agnes, his Frankensteinian bride. It plays at 10.30am & 7.30pm, tickets are $47/38/$21 with student groups of 10+ for $15. Bookings through Ph:1300 066 772

or www.norpa.org.au.
