THE 55th annual exhibition of Lismore Art Club is on at Lismore Workers Club.

This year's judge was Harry Westera, an artist and art teacher who lives in Clunes.

About 19 artists have their work exhibited this year, with more than 160 entries for sale.

The best in show winner this year is a watercolour painting of Margaret E. Brown, called Heavitree Range.

The club of about 30 members meets at Wilson Park School on the third Saturday of each month.

"We are always happy to welcome new members," said club treasurer Deb Rogers
