Adopt a new housemate

Northern Rivers Animal Services (NRAS) is holding a Pet Adoption Day this Saturday, January 14.

There will be a number of kittens and adult cats available that have all been vet checked, wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, micro-chipped and desexed.

NRAS volunteers will be available from 12 noon until 2pm at 25 Racecourse Road in the Southern Cross Industrial Estate, Ballina. Bring a carry cage if you are thinking of adopting or if you're renting your house, make sure you have your landlord's approval to have a pet.

If you aren't in a position to commit to an animal for life, NRAS is always looking for more volunteers and foster carers.

For further information phone 6681 1860 or email nras@live.com.au.
