RAW food advocate Liz GilbertGrant will be presenting a free talk and taste demonstration on Tuesday, September 25, from 10am.

Mrs GilberGrant will share her tips and recipes to encourage people to incorporate fresh, live foods into their daily menus.

Author Sharon Snir will also give a talk about her family's experience with dementia on Friday, September 28, from 5.30pm.

Mrs Snir is the author of Looking for Lionel: How I Lost and Found my Mother Through Dementia.
