A rhythmic tapestry at the Roxy

THE Roxy Gallery, Kyogle, presents It's All About Flow, the latest exhibition by Lillyfield artist Gery Mews.

Works created in the last five years show great diversity, drawing from archetypal imagery, esoteric studies and philosophical perspectives on enviro-cultural developments.

Nothing is static; everything is in a constant movement and flux.

The ebb and flow of his inner world weaves together the image as a rhythmic tapestry.

It's All About Flow opens today and runs until April 6.

Rosanna has designs on female taboo

Artist Rosanna Pimm uses 3500 porcelain tampons to created her large scale performance installation Riots of Passage in The Quad as part of The Lismore Women's Festival on International Women's Day. Laying down and de-constructing the mandala structure symbolises the impermanence of the menstrual cycle and an end to female inequality in the world.
