FOR many years we've been privileged to have early access to some of the many new releases from Aussie Winners which have proved to be just that.

Their latest release is just beautiful, drawing comment from everyone who passes the corner of our garden where we have three Gaura 'Lillipop Blush' plants making the most wonderful display.

Blush is more dwarf growing, very compact, and the stems filled with the pretty 'butterfly' blooms that burst forth several weeks ago will continue appearing through until autumn!

Gaura are easy care, trouble free plants, and dry tolerant when established.

Rosanna has designs on female taboo

Artist Rosanna Pimm uses 3500 porcelain tampons to created her large scale performance installation Riots of Passage in The Quad as part of The Lismore Women's Festival on International Women's Day. Laying down and de-constructing the mandala structure symbolises the impermanence of the menstrual cycle and an end to female inequality in the world.
