A body of work

Lismore artist Clare Twomey is a perpetual TAFE art student, working primarily in drawing and printmaking.

The last few years have seen her concentrating on stream-of-consciousness artwork drawing inspiration from the here and now, and documenting its effects on her strange mind with her art.

Form is Clare’s most recent exhibition and opens at Armistead’s Gallery in Wyrallah Road, Lismore, today (Thursday, April 8). Form highlights her stream-of-consciousness work and her exploration of the human form, taken from a year of weekly life drawing sessions.

The official opening tonight is at 6pm where you can meet with Clare and enjoy her art. (And have a glass of wine no doubt.)
