Rally meetings

The NSW Government will be conducting consultation meetings about the impact of the 2009 Repco Rally event.

Meetings will be held at the Kyogle Memorial Hall on Tuesday, February 2, from 6pm and at Tweed Shire Council Civic & Cultural Centre in Murwillumbah on Wednesday, February 3, from 7pm.

The meetings are to provide feedback on the race operations and the impact of the event on tourism and other business in the region.

Written feedback can also be supplied prior to, during or after the meetings to the independent facilitator, Mike Cahill from Integrated Marketing Communications, at PO Box 159, St Leonards, NSW, 1590, or to mabc@imcanz.com.au.

A report on the outcome of the review of the 2009 Repco Rally Australia will be tabled in both NSW Houses of Parliament within 12 months from December 31, 2009.
