Meyer heads to Drapac Professional Cycling

FORMER Australian road race champion Travis Meyer has joined rookie Australian outfit Drapac Professional Cycling for next month's Tour Down Under in South Australia.

Meyer formerly rode for fellow Aussie team Orica-GreenEDGE. He is one of four riders who have transferred from UCI Pro Tour teams for 2014, including Jonathan Cantwell from Saxo-Tinkoff and William Clarke from Argo-Shimano.

Thomas Palmer, Darren Lapthorne and Bernard and Wesley Sulzberger complete the line-up.

Artist Rosanna Pimm uses 3500 porcelain tampons to created her large scale performance installation  Riots of Passage in The Quad  as part of The Lismore Women's Festival on International Women's Day. Laying down and de-constructing the mandala structure symbolises the impermanence of the menstrual cycle and an end to female inequality in the world.
