Bowls and all that jazz

The Lismore Jazz Club is celebrating Christmas by holding a fundraiser this Sunday, December 13, at the Lismore City Bowling Club.

There will be barefoot bowls, a sausage sizzle and, of course, lots of good jazz. (There’ll be about 20 of Lismore’s great jazz musos blasting away in a huge jam session.) You can bring the whole family.

Entry is $10/5 ($30 for a family) and that includes the snags and music. (It’s a gold coin donation to use the greens.)

The day starts at 10.30am with some civilised bowling. And a cold beer. For more info phone Margaret Teggins on 6629 5106.
