Artist Suvira McDonald will open up his garden studio to the public this weekend in Goonengerry. You should check out his ceramic landscapes while youre there.

This Saturday and Sunday, October 28 and 29, art lovers can get to the source when it comes to sculptural art.

The occasion is the open studio weekend of sculptor and ceramic artist Suvira McDonald, which takes place once a year in his rainforest garden near Goonengerry.

Visitors to Suviras sanctuary can view the full range of output by this multi-talented creator. His sculptural works range from spiralling steel structures evoking marine themes to wood-fired clay vessels and figures. Theres also an array of tableware both decorative and functional.
