Art at Alstonville

This painting by David Benson is on display with many of his other artworks in a newly opened gallery in Alstonville.

With a deep connection to the textures and colours of air, earth and water, David Benson captures the essence, the rawness, of the Australian outback a timeless land with its bare beauty, pure light and ancient culture.

More recently David has taken to his small boat out on Sydney harbour sketching the bays and inlets. This has resulted in a series of blue paintings greatly appreciated and sought after by his Sydney followers.

David currently has an exhibition of his work called Coastal Images of Australia on display at a new gallery Bensons Fine Art & Lotus Emporium in Main Street, Alstonville.
