Olympic legend gets Lismore in the swim

Olympic gold medalist Kieren Perkins (pictured) will be in Lismore next Saturday, November 4, to conduct two swim clinics at the new Trinity sports centre.

Each clinic will include a two-hour coaching session with personal tuition and a motivational talk where Kieren will share his passion for swimming, followed by a barbecue lunch. Participants will also receive a Qantas backpack, water bottle, baseball cap, goggles, swimming cap and certificate of participation.

Clinic One at 10am is suitable for competent swimmers from age 17 and up, and Clinic Two at 12 noon is for intermediate to advanced swimmers aged between 12 and 16.

Numbers for the two clinics are limited to 25 participants and interested swimmers should book now through the Qantas box office on 1300 732 290 or online at www.qantasboxoffice.com.au. Tickets cost $35 plus a $5.50 transaction fee.
