Heavy mental

Greg Sheehan may be a master percussionist but at heart hes just a big kid who loves to play with toys. And when he does the result is rhythm magic. Greg will perform with his new band GreenLife at the Move 4 Your Mind gig at Coorabell Hall this Friday.

This Friday, October 13, Coorabell Hall will host Move 4 Your Mind an evening of music, comedy, dance and magic to celebrate and promote mental well-being as a part of Mental Health Week.

Performers like Greg Sheehan and his band GreenLife, the amazing Mr Percival, the soulful Melania Jack, the hot and hip Juzzie Smith, Jimmy Willing with D.R.A.M. and circus freak Danger Boy from Kahootz will do their talented thing along with comedians and belly dancers.

Apparently even S Sorrensen will be there to keep everything under control.

This not-for-profit event is presented by the Mental Health Accommodation and Rehabilitation Service (MHARS). All proceeds will go toward future mental health promotion activities in the Northern Rivers region.
