Hip hop heaven on its way

Lismore is becoming a centre for hip hop culture. There are rappers, beatboxers, dancers, freestylers, DJs and MCs coming out of the North Coast woodwork. So its appropriate that Lismore will be treated to a huge hip hop line-up in October when Bliss n Eso (pictured) hit the Lismore PCYC as part of their national Cut Loose tour.

Also performing in this hip hop extravaganza are Phrase, DJ Flagrant, the Winnie Coopers, Trace Elements and the Coalition Crew. Plus there will be local support from Mixed Agenda, Seed Philosophy and dance crews.

Tickets for this all-ages gig are $15/12 and strictly limited. Theyre available from Music Bizarre in Lismore (6622 3262), the PCYC in Lismore (6621 6276) or Casinos Visitor Information Centre (6662 3566).
