Go Tropo at organic field day

The Tweed Richmond Organic Producers Organisation (Tropo) are holding a field day this Saturday, June 24, where organic growers and permaculture designers will give advice to the local community about how to establish and diversify local food supplies.

Held at the Corndale Buttery factory from 10am, the day features a talk by special guest permaculturist Tim Winton as well as discussions on future water supplies, fossil energy depletion and climate change. Theres also a screening of the film Community Solutions How Cuba Survived the Oil Crisis.
