Dancing in the hall...

Goolmangar Hall is 100 years old (and luckily wasnt burnt down during the great country hall fire blitz of the 80s remember Cawongla and Wadeville halls?).

There will be centenary celebrations on Saturday, June 24. The entertainment will start at 2pm with local school kids singing and dancing.

Then into the evening therell be adult entertainment (no, not a stripper). The Mackney Brothers and Robert McLennan will provide the dance music but theyre looking for volunteers who can dance and are familiar with new dances like Maxina, Varsoviana, Scottische etc. (I have never heard of these dances. I must get out more often.)

If you can help phone 6629 3272, 6629 3228 or 6689 9222.
