A View to helping others

The Lismore Day View Clubs president Norma Parr (centre) recently presented a whole bunch of knitting and crocheting, including 32 pairs of bed socks, to Lismore Base Hospital Auxiliary president Mollie Strong (left) and Betty Saunders.

The beautiful items the Lismore Day View Club made will now be sold in the hospital shop, with all proceeds helping the Auxiliary purchase much-needed medical equipment.

Lismore Day View Club members are now busily sewing bags and knitting beanies and scarves for patients in the hospitals oncology unit.
