At the SCU UniBar next Thursday, May 18, funky soul band Sally and the 4 will fill the joint with old soul classics as well as singer Sally Marretts groove-based originals. This is the unis R&B night and soul is the love-worn sister of rhythm and blues. With Matt Smith on guitar, Connor Fitzgerald on keys, Andrew Coutie on bass and Aiden Haworth on drums, Sally and the 4 have the musical muscle as well as the soul. The soul funk starts at 7.30pm. $5 gets you in or its free if youre a student.
