Going once, going twice...

Whilst dinner tickets for this Saturdays Combined Charities Auction Extravaganza have sold out, organiser David Barnes and Tony Madden from Summerland Early Intervention (pictured) are still inviting people to be part of the event and bid for a bargain.

For just $10 you can get a seat on the mezzanine level and join the auction, which features around $160,000 worth of goods from holidays and cars to whitegoods, sports memorabilia and everything in between.

Theres a live and silent auction, entertainment, treasure chests, a huge tombola, balloon prizes and plenty more activities to ensure no-one walks away empty handed, David said. Weve only got about 200 places available and theres some pretty amazing items going under the hammer, so come on down early, grab a bargain and support your local community.

The Combined Charities Auction Extravaganza is on this Saturday, May 13, at the Lismore Workers Club from 6pm. All money raised from the event will go to Lismore Challenge, Summerland Early Intervention, the Lismore PCYC, St Vincents Hospital Rehabilitation Unit, the Summerland House With No Steps and associated charities of the Rotary Club of Lismore West.
