Comedy better than Bex

Greg Sullivan and someone else will prescribe healing laughter at Blue Healers a night of medicinal comedy.

Greg Sullivan will headline the Blue Healers comedy gig the comic kick off to the Starlight Healing Expo at the Bangalow Bowling Club next Thursday, April 13.

Greg Sullivan is one of the funniest men in Australia and a very smart man as well. His comedy, which he has exposed to audiences all over the world, is excruciatingly funny and burningly insightful.

Hes the Triple M Breakfast Show host in Brisbane. Hes the regular MC at Brisbanes Dockside Comedy Bar and has found himself fronting shows at the Melbourne Comedy Festival as well as being named Sydneys Comedian of the Year. And hes only 28. Originally a country boy from Dalby, Greg has a likeability that has audiences eating from his comic palm.

Greg will be joined for the gig by S Sorrensen. Ss wit and ironic perspective has seen him tour the Australian festival circuit as both a comedian and a poet. (Comedy pays more.) Ss audiences share his universal vision and mid-life crisis and so avoid having to experience it for themselves. Its helpful comedy.

Presented and hosted by Mandy Nolan, freshly back from chairing panels at Queenslands prestigious Ideas Festival and doing a string of supports for Puppetry of the Penis (penis support?), Blue Healers is a night of healing comedy. The night will also feature local Bangalow lads who made it to RAW Comedy finals Daniel Brown and Liam Holm.

Show starts at 8pm with meals available beforehand. Tickets are $15 and available from the club (6687 1235).
