Preparing the felafel

Theres not a lot of time for navel gazing for the cast of He Died With A Felafel In His Hand as opening night approaches. But this cast member manages a quick one between lines.

The countdown is on for Lismore Theatre Companys latest production (and the first for this year) He Died With A Felafel In His Hand. This famous Australian play by John Birmingham will make its world amateur production premiere in Lismore on March 23 at the LTCs Rochdale Theatre in Goonellabah. This is quite a scoop for this local theatre company and will certainly be a treat for local audiences.

The play is an adult comedy, centred around the comic happenings of life in a share house (and dont we all know about that). LTC has assembled a strong cast and put them under the direction of Tamaya Rose, a young local actor, playwright and choreographer.

More news next week.

Oh, and The Echo will have some tickets to give away to our readers.
