Not drowning, dancing

Students from the Lismore School of Irish Dance cool off during their annual summer camp.

Well its nearly St Pats day. Long live the Irish. Some Irish traditions are kept alive on the North Coast like drinking. And Irish dancing.

The Lismore School of Irish Dance recently held its annual summer dance camp at the Lake Ainsworth Sport and Recreation Centre where 20 advanced students participated in a program with Davydd McDonald (mens Australian Champion dancer).

The Lismore School of Irish Dance holds classes in South Lismore for beginners, advanced dancers and adults. For more info about their dance programs phone Glenys Ritchie on 6622 4258 or 0416 224 258.
