Ballina jewel

Ballina Arts and Crafts Centre Inc (BACCI) begins the 2006 arts season with three workshops (flexible jewellery, porcelain painting, oil and watercolour art) in March. As well as providing opportunities for people to expand their skills in these art and crafts, these workshops help raise funds for the building of the Northern Rivers Community Gallery.

The first workshop will explore the creation of flexible jewellery at Suffolk Park on Friday, March 3, and Friday, March 24.

Jeweller and workshop facilitator Meg Wilkinson also has a fascination for costume design which influences her jewellery creation.

For enrolment or more info phone 6686 6585 or 6681 5874 or mail BACCI, PO Box 111, Ballina, NSW, 2478.
