Billycart ride for kids (and parents)

The Billycart Band (pictured) will sing and play at the opening celebrations of the Market Street Community Centre (formerly the Lismore RSL) this Saturday, February 18, from 10am. This band targets children and teenagers, encouraging them to appreciate the people and the world around them, and to give them positive messages in a fun way.

The Billycart Band hails from the NSW Central Coast and includes Mitch Murphy and brothers Billy, Simon and Robert Abel. Billy Abel wrote most of the music for the songs, and the lyrics were written by Deidre Abel.

So look out Wiggles, here comes the competition...

The Billycart Band love playing live, and we love interacting with children in the audience, said lead singer Billy Abel.
