The dancing way

WuTao uses dance, meditation and music to balance the chi energy in your body. Its made up of five choreographed dances that relate to the five Chinese elements of air, water, wood, fire and earth. WuTao is a therapy that helps people discover who they really are. Its more than a knowlegde its an experience. It teaches you to embrace all experiences that life brings.

Classes in WuTao will begin in mid-February with six-week courses for $75. There will be weekly one hour sessions at Dunoon (starting February 16), Federal (February 15) and Coorabell (March 1) Halls and in Lismore (February 21).
