Local band Occarock only plays Aussie rock and theyre proud of that. Australian pub rock was built on the back of hard-working Aussie bands. And, as the band says, What better way to pay tribute to these acts than to try and keep the pub scene alive with the music that it was built on. So when Occarock plays the Richmond Hotel in Lismore this Friday, July 17, youll hear the great songs of AC/DC, Cold Chisel, Midnight Oil (whatever happened to their lead singer?), The Angels and many more Aussie bands. The rockin starts at 8.30pm.
