Have your say on homeless shelter

Some think its a bold and long overdue move, others think its hasty and badly planned whatever the case, everyone seems to have an opinion about the proposed homeless shelter for South Lismore.

And now you can have your say.

Lismore City Council has scheduled a Council Contact Forum for Monday, April 21, to discuss the homeless shelter and any other matters relating to South Lismore.

This is chance to express concerns or provide feedback and ideas on any issue, said mayor Merv King. Flyers are going out to all South Lismore residents but anyone is welcome.

The meeting will take place at the South Lismore Bowling Club from 7pm. The development of Nesbitt Park will also be discussed.
