Ballina based punkers Brittle FEX will launch their new CD Speak Ya Mind at the Beach Hotel in Byron next Tuesday, January 10.

Two songs from the CD recently won Dolphin Awards Bleed for Me (in the rock section) and Hello Sun (in the Youth Section). Bleed for Me is also featured on the new Billabong surfing DVD Passion Pop.

The band has also won scholarships to the SAE at Byron Bay by winning the Got 2 B Youth BandChallenge in Brisbane in November.
