Roving art

The Southern Cross University nextart Gallery will conduct a nomadic exhibition program during 2008 with the majority of its program being installed in The Alleyway Gallery at 89 Magellan Street, Lismore.

The first exhibition Unpacking the Collection will be launched tonight (February 28). It offers the general public an opportunity to view works from the Southern Cross University art collection, including recent acquisitions from Pupunya Tula artists Kim Napurrula and Makinti Napanangka, plus selected works from the Southern Cross University Artists Book Collection.

The exhibition continues until March 20. The gallery is open Wednesday to Friday from 10am to 4pm and Saturdays from 10am to midday.
