Raffle to help PCYC re-open

The PCYC in Lismore was severely damaged in the October hailstorm, so to raise some funds for repairs the club is holding a Monster Christmas Raffle.

The PCYC is currently closed and cannot re-open until extensive repairs have been completed. That means all the young people who utilise the club for sports and character-building activities dont have a venue, and the aim is to get the PCYC fixed and open again as soon as possible.

The raffle is sponsored by the Lismore Workers Club and there is more than $4000 worth of prizes, from bicycles and childrens toys to tool sets and kitchen ware. They even have a remote control replica of a Formula 1 racing car that would make someone very happy come Christmas time!

Tickets are on sale at all four Workers Club venues.

The raffle will be drawn on Sunday, December 2, with all proceeds going directly to the Lismore PCYC.
