Festival of wellbeing

Now in its 10th year, the 22nd Starlight WellbeingFestival (there are two a year) will be on at the A&I Hall in Bangalow from April 6-9. The aim is to share knowledge and offer ways to wellbeing, joy and abundance.

Visitors can meet practitioners of shiatsu massage, reiki, holistic pulsing,psychic readings, tarot, palmistry, astrology, aura photo, animalcomm-unication, esoteric books, spiritual artwork, jewellery, chiropractic healings (whew!) And theres more.

Special guest Tibetan Buddhist monk Lobsang Tendar will offer talks, chanting and healings to the public.

The festival is open 9.30am-5.30pm daily and entry is a healing $10.

Artist Rosanna Pimm uses 3500 porcelain tampons to created her large scale performance installation  Riots of Passage in The Quad  as part of The Lismore Women's Festival on International Women's Day. Laying down and de-constructing the mandala structure symbolises the impermanence of the menstrual cycle and an end to female inequality in the world.
