Toot Your Vote! on March 24

If you want to see the Casino-Murwillimbah train back on the tracks, you can drive the point home on election day, this Saturday, March 24, in three easy steps.

TOOT, (Trains On Our Tracks) is behind the local campaign to restore and expand the regions rail services, and is asking voters to take three steps to send a clear message in support of trains to all political parties and candidates wearing red when you vote, voting for the party you believe has the best rail policies and write the word TOOT! at the bottom of your ballot papers.

Artist Rosanna Pimm uses 3500 porcelain tampons to created her large scale performance installation Riots of Passage in The Quad as part of The Lismore Women's Festival on International Women's Day.
