Wear green this Sunday, March 18, as Dangerously Poetic celebrates the poetry and songs of Ireland in honour of St. Patricks Day. Held at the RSL Hall in Bangalow from 1-3pm, the afternoon will feature singer/bard from Ireland, Karl Farren.

Enjoy this opportunity for a sneak listen to his original songs from his soon-to-be- launched debut album Repentance Creek.

For the open reading, bring along your favourite Irish poem.Or bring one about Ireland.

Artist Rosanna Pimm uses 3500 porcelain tampons to created her large scale performance installation  Riots of Passage in The Quad  as part of The Lismore Women's Festival on International Women's Day. Laying down and de-constructing the mandala structure symbolises the impermanence of the menstrual cycle and an end to female inequality in the world.
