Overall winner Don Sharpe sits with the other winners in Nimbins 39 Hours Short Film Festival.

The second annual Nimbins 39 Hours Short Film Festival went off with a cinematic bang last weekend with a flurry of filmmaking throughout the village and valley. A full house was in attendance for the screenings and awards evening.

The overall winner was longtime Nimbin identity Don Sharpe, for his film Cullen Street Rainbow. Runner-up was Ashleigh Mathieson with prizes also being presented to Lynne Oldfield and Georgina Jones.
