Call for trains

TOOTing teams from the TOOT your vote campaign are visiting communities linked by the Casino-Murwillumbah rail line in the days leading up to the March 24 state election. The team aims to give people a chance to express their anger at the lack of rail services in the region and the Iemma Governments abandonment of the line.

The TOOT your vote team will be in Lismore this Friday, March 16, outside city hall in Ballina Road at 9.15am followed by a street walk starting at the corner of Magellan and Molesworth street. You can also see them on Saturday at the Mullumbimby markets.
