Womens business

Women who own and operate small businesses in the Northern Rivers who want to improve their business success through practical strategies or networking are being encouraged to take part in a program starting in April.

The Northern Rivers Women in Business Regional program, run by the Northern Rivers Business Advisory Service, will operate out of Bangalow, holding six morning workshops over three months.

The program uses mentoring and practical sessions to help women improve their business skills and boost their confidence, with networking a key part of it.

The cost is $150 for the course and applications can be obtained by phoning the advisory service on 1300 650 058 or visit www.norbas.com.au or www.smallbiz.nsw.gov.au.
