Lords golden jazz

Elizabeth Lord ,with the help of some fine jazz players, will sing the songs of Gershwin, Porter, Hart and more this Sunday.

Elizabeth Lord has a fine voice a voice that was meant to sing the songs from popular musics golden age. Yes, were talking the songs of Gershwin, Cole Porter and other songwriters of that type.

With the accompaniment of her jazz-lover allies Steve Russell (piano), Jack Thorncraft (upright bass), Dave Sanders (drums) and special guest John Hoffman on the flugel horn Elizabeth will bring to life the magic of songs like Night And Day and With A Song In My Heart.

Elizabeth Lord and her band will perform at the Lismore City Halls Fountain Room this Sunday, February 18, from 7pm.

This a Jazz Supper Club gig so BYO supper spread. There is a bar. Tickets are $18 and available from NORPA on 6622 0300.
