Where to eat?

Jeff Pilati (left) owner of La Baracca Espresso Bar and Trattoria checks out the new Dining Guide, hot off the presses, with Mitch Lowe, Tourism Services Coordinator with Lismore City Council.

This guide to the cafes, restaurants and nightlife in and around Lismore complements the Lismore Visitor Guide as an aid to visitors exploring the regional cuisine and cafe culture.

I think Lismore deserves this publication, said Jeff. Lismore hasnt had a guide like this in the past and itll be a real help to visitors. It makes visitors and locals more aware of the eateries in town and when they are open.

Ten thousand copies of the Dining Guide will be printed annually with updates every four months.

It will be distributed to all accommodation providers in the area, the Lismore airport, the Lismore Visitor Information Centre (and regional ones), as well as other outlets.

This comprehensive guide will provide accommodation and entertainment operators with the right information to encourage visitors to get out and experience the wonderful eateries throughout the region, said Mitch Lowe.

If you want a copy of the Dining Guide phone the Lismore Information Centre on 1300 369 795.
