Festival workshop

Denise Greenaway (pictured), a psychologist from Ocean Shores and an international expert on obesity, will be holdingher Soul Foodworkshop in Bangalow as part of the Whole Woman Festival on Thursday, March 8.

Denise, who has researched food and body image issues throughout the world, spoke at the Women at Work conference with Germaine Greer at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast last year.

Denise has developed preventative programs for girls aged 8-17 years and interactive, empowering seminars for women and professionals.

After spending many years working with women and children with eating problems and then seeing so many of them succumbing to addictions I thought it was time to tackle the problem at its source, she said.

The cost for the workshop is $35/25.
