Buddha belly laughs

Paul Krassner, editor of The Realist, said this of Wes Scoop Niskers show Scoop Nisker is the missing link between sit-down meditation and stand-up comedy.

Scoop will present The Crazy Wisdom Show at The Byron Community Centre this Friday, February 2, from 7pm.

In this comic monologue, he explores the foolish human condition and the joys and sorrows of living in the modern age. He reveals the secret of anti-matter, tantric sex, war, species extinction and global warming. (Not bad for one night...)

Scoop places todays headlines in the context of biological evolution and human history and its funny!

He is an author, radio commentator, Buddhist meditation teacher and performer. He is also the founder and co-editor of the international Buddhist journal Inquiring Mind.

Entry is by donation (between $20-5).
