Lismores Living Library has been a hugely successful program and now even more books are available for loan from Lismore City Library. The list includes a bio-dynamic farmer, a Catholic nun and a judge and books can be borrowed for 30 minutes at a time. The Living Library operates between 11am and 2pm on the first Friday of each month. Catalogues are available from the library or phone 6621 2464 for more information.

Artist Rosanna Pimm uses 3500 porcelain tampons to created her large scale performance installation  Riots of Passage in The Quad  as part of The Lismore Women's Festival on International Women's Day. Laying down and de-constructing the mandala structure symbolises the impermanence of the menstrual cycle and an end to female inequality in the world.
