Reward for stolen laptop

A reward is being offered for the return of a laptop that was stolen along with other valuables from a locked van at Mt Warning last Friday, December 15.

Th laptop belongs to visiting Czechoslovakian exchange student, Lucy Schwarz-Herda, who says it contains years of vital research for her almost completed university thesis. The laptops Windows operating system is configured in Czechoslovakian, and Lucy says it would be of little use to anyone else.

The laptop is a four-year-old Siemens Fujitsu laptop with Billabong, surfing and silver stickers on it, plus an external hard drive. During the break-in Lucy also lost her passport, mobile phones and cameras.

Anyone with information should phone Gudrun on 6689 7566 or email annelisa@dodo.com.au.
