Get up to speed in Coraki

Coraki will be alive with the sound of roaring boats this Saturday and Sunday, December 2 and 3, when the annual Coraki Assault hits the water.

Hosted by the Tweed River Water Ski Club, the Coraki Assault will see boats and bare foot skiers reaching speeds up to 160km per hour on Saturday during a number of demonstration runs.

On Sunday the main event kicks off at 9am with races in the sub-juniors, juniors, womens, social and masters divisions. People are encouraged
