School leavers in fine form

St Marys High School Year 12 students (l-r) Rachel Weiks, Lisa Neville and Rhianna Lollback arrived in style for their school formal at the Casino RSM Club, pulling up in a white Jaguar.

They are just some of the hundreds of students around the region who recently celebrated the end of 12 years of education and the beginning of adult life.

After the stress of the exams and getting ready for the formal, it was great to finally get the chance to have a few drinks, dance and chat with our teachers, said Lisa. It feels excellent to have finally finished school. Now its party, party, party!

For two pages of full colour formal photographs see page 20 and 21 in this weeks Echo.
