Get away from the bear for free

Lismore martial arts master Richard Marlin is offering Echo readers the chance to escape the dreaded stress bear.

According to Marlin we have a problem. Essentially the same civilisation that has protected us from big brown bears has also created a different type of bear, just as hungry, and a lot trickier, called stress. Maybe you have seen its ugly tracks near your home. Maybe youve felt a lack of energy, a sense of fatigue that prevents you from doing the things you enjoy, a boredom and a feeling that life has lost its excitement. Maybe youre feeling frustration, a lack of patience, and that time is slipping through your hands. Even more dangerous, a gut feeling that somehow you have lost control.

Well over the next two months its only going to get more hectic and more stressful, and you may well put on a kilo or two.

However, Richard Marlin doesnt believe it has be this way. Leading up to Christmas, Richard wants you to be happy with your fitness and excited to show off your martial arts-sculpted body to family members.

Next Wednesday, November 30, Success Martial Arts is holding a Cardio Combat open day. Up until this day people have the chance to win a free two-month membership to SMA Cardio Combat valued at more than $150. To find out more phone Lisa on 6622 4799 or go to their website www.fitlismore.info.
