Janis Balodis wrote the words and Barry Conyngham

Janis Balodis wrote the words and Barry Conyngham composed the music to NORPAs latest production Electric Lenin. Check out Kathyrn Sprouls set which becomes a canvas for Craig Walshs digital imagery. Jason Barry-Smith and Gaye MacFarlane play Samuel and his wife Anna. Samuel questions his achievements in life after his wifes death. With four musicians on stage supporting Jason and Gaye, combined with Walshs visuals and elements of recorded sound, Electric Lenin is cutting-edge musical theatre you can experience at Lismore City Hall tonight (Thursday, Nov 23) and tomorrow (Friday, Nov 24). For more info or bookings go to www.norpa.org.au or phone 6621 5600. Show starts at 8pm.
