Byron-based singer/songwriter Danni Bear will add her sparkling talent to the Sing It Up Sista performance this Friday.

Danni Bear has been refining her musical skills at Lismore Conservatorium for the last two years. This Byron singer and songwriter has just released her debut EP exposed and punters who attend the Sing It Up Sista show at Ewingsdale Hall this Friday, November 24, will no doubt hear songs from that recording.

Danni will be joined by performers Phoenix, Melania Jack, Rebekah and Cerise, Kaisha, Christina and all-women band Amor in this celebration of local womens creativity. Therell also be theatre, fire performance, poetry... lots of fun for everyone. (Kids are very welcome.)

The next morning (Saturday, November 25) workshops are being run by women for women in the hall starting at 10am with workshops on PA systems, singing, songwriting, fire performance and more.

Doors open at 7pm. Tickets are $10/8. Food is available.

Laying down and de-constructing the mandala structure symbolises the impermanence of the menstrual cycle and an end to female inequality in the world.
