Building Services Officer
Permanent Full Time (35 hours per week with a 9 day fortnight)
Working as part of a small team, you will undertake a broad range of building services functions. You will work collaboratively to maintain the highest standards of customer service, and you will protect and support our communities by ensuring compliance with relevant building legislation.
This career-graded position is classified at Grade 5 - 8 of Council’s Salary Structure with a salary to be negotiated in the range of $54,755 to $80,709 (plus superannuation) dependent upon qualifications and experience. Planning Officer Permanent Full Time (35 hours per week with a 9 day fortnight)
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and apply your skills to a wide range of statutory planning functions and also to assist with key strategic initiatives. With a motivated and enthusiastic attitude, you will assist in positively shaping community perceptions of the planning service and play a full role as Council plans for the future growth of the area.
This career-graded position is classified at Grade 5 7 of Council’s Salary Structure with a salary to be negotiated in the range of $54,755 to $74,063 (plus superannuation) dependent upon qualifications and experience.
