Richmond Valley Council is notifying the following development applications for consideration; Council is the consent authority.

Any person may make a written submission in respect of the applications, quoting the DA number which will be accepted by Council during the exhibition period dates as specified in the column below. Any submissions received will be considered on their merits in conjunction with the assessment of the application. If a submission is made by way of objection the grounds of objection must be specified in the submission.
